- All sales final. Due to the nature of this event, no refunds will be issued. However, tickets may be transferred to another person until 9/1/2025.
- All tickets and purchases must be picked up in person during the event. Tickets and purchases not picked up during the event will not be refunded. A participation waiver will be required to be completed at check-in.
- Tickets will only be released to the person whose name is on the ticket and any attempt to sell tickets for more than face value will result in the cancellation of the ticket and a lifetime ban.
- Force Majeure - In the event of cancellation of Beachcomber Bash due to circumstances beyond our control, tickets will be refunded. Beachcomber Bash cannot be held responsible for any additional damages due to event cancellation, including but not limited to travel and lodging expenses.
- Beachcomber Bash reserves the right to eject any guest, without refund or recourse, for any behavior deemed inappropriate by the event.
- Tickets DO NOT include food or lodging, unless otherwise stated.
- Any ticket purchased using the deposit payment option will automatically be charged the remaining balance on June 30th, 2025. Any deposit value is forfeit if the remaining balance is not paid in full by June 30th, 2025.
- Beachcomber Bash is using Regfox and Webconnex payments for secure online ticketing and registration.
